RETURNS
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve received your RMA, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the completed return form, and mail it to the address below:

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in acceptable condition, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
